Overview
Arnerich Massena was founded in 1991 in Portland, Oregon. Since then, their independent firm has worked to be a model of corporate citizenship, from their unparalleled client service to our uncommon investment approach to their commitment to the community. Focused on client service and intentional investing, they create portfolios that reflect the top-tier research and collaborative expertise they have cultivated over three decades working with private clients, foundations, and endowments.
Opportunity
Arnerich Massena initially approached Hyphn to help with furniture services but Hyphn’s consulting team quickly uncovered that the project needed additional services. Arnerich had been in their old space since the 1990’s and wanted their new space to be able to support the workplace needs of the present and future. Additionally Arnerich’s new space needed to reflect their new brand standards and the vision of a new executive team.

“We’ve learned more about our project in one week from Hyphn than we have from working with the rest of the team over 8 months and with 10 different people. Their information was clear and comprehensive, and we value the directness and candor of their communication”
Results
Arnerich engaged the complete suite of Hyphn's integrated workplace services. Hyphn’s Owner’s Rep Project Management represented Arnerich as the central manager for all project details from design management to construction through project completion. Hyphn’s furniture and workplace technology teams integrated the intersection of audio/visual and furniture to support a hybrid model to provide employees a seamless transition between work from home and work from office. Hyphn not only delivered a project that was on time and on budget, but a project that met design aesthetic goals and functionality in order to create an engaging workplace that is a destination for employees.
