When KPFF renewed their lease in downtown Portland’s U.S. Bancorp Tower, they seized the opportunity to reimagine their workspace with a focus on flexibility, functionality, and local impact. Hyphn supported the transformation by providing integrated services including sound, AV, furniture, and a reuse/disposal strategy for existing assets.

For continuity of operations, KPFF staff were temporarily relocated to another floor during construction. The final solution features high-density wardrobe towers and a thoughtful workstation layout that supports both individual focus and team collaboration.

Hyphn worked in close coordination with project partners, including APEX Real Estate and GBD Architects to bring the vision to life. The result is a modern workplace that reflects KPFF’s enduring commitment to Portland’s urban core and their role in helping it thrive.
